Account data: your name, email address and billing details when you sign up or purchase a subscription.

Mailbox data: with your explicit authorization (OAuth or SMTP/IMAP credentials you provide), we access your connected mailboxes to send campaigns, detect replies and run warmup. We never access mailboxes you haven't connected.

Usage data: anonymized analytics about how you use the platform, to improve reliability and features.

To operate your account, send your campaigns, and provide deliverability features you request.

To process payments securely through our payment provider. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your lead lists with third parties.

Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

You can revoke mailbox access at any time from your inbox provider or from within the app.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vexrim.co.uk.

Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
