Terms of Service

You may only send email to recipients where you have a lawful basis, and you must honor unsubscribes promptly — the platform handles this automatically.

You must not use Vexrim Outreach to send spam, phishing, malware, or any content that violates applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR).

We may suspend accounts that generate excessive bounces, spam complaints or blacklist listings, to protect the shared warmup pool.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Email quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the current period. Yearly plans cancelled within 30 days receive a prorated refund.

The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and converts to a paid plan only if you explicitly upgrade.

We work hard to maximize inbox placement, but no service can guarantee 100% deliverability — inbox providers make the final decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
